COA Elite’s Team Tumbling Program is a structured, progression-based training experience designed specifically for cheer teams looking to improve power, technique, and consistency across all athletes. This program focuses on standing and running tumbling fundamentals while helping teams clean up existing skills and safely progress to higher-level difficulty.

Led by elite instructors, each session emphasizes proper body positions, timing, confidence, and safe execution—ensuring skills translate directly to competition performance.
