COA is Expanding our Production Crew!

We are looking for qualified, exciting, dynamic people who enjoy motivating and interacting with children and young adults! Applicants must have exceptional people skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and the desire to be a significant part of COA Elite’s journey. Previous class and group management of kids are beneficial. Experience is preferred but not necessary for many of our entry-level positions. We have an excellent training system for our employees that allows anyone with a passion for teaching to work at COA Elite.

Positions

We will only be contacting applicants that meet the requirements for the positions we have available.

**All positions currently listed will start with part-time hours (5-15 per week) and may require working on weekends.
Full-time hours may be available.

Front Office Staff

Weekday evening shifts (5:00 PM-9:30 PM) and some weekends. Must love interacting with people, comfortable speaking on the phone, have good writing skills, and a quick learner. Great customer service and attention to detail are essential to this position.

Team Coach
(Cheer/Dance)

Applicants must be able to follow an established system and coach a team through progression with a plan for an entire season. Must be detailed, professional, and reliable. If you don’t care what level. you coach and can create champions at any level this might be the job for you. We are a family environment and will hire people who contribute to the program’s success first. CPR/BLS certification is a condition of employment. Must also be willing to get a USASF credentials. A background check is required.

(Travel and some weekend shifts required.)

Recreational Class Coach
(Cheer/Dance/Tumbling)

This position is great for someone who wants to help young athletes learn the sport. Must have experience working with various ages and abilities. Experience coaching is not necessary, but cheer/dance experience is helpful. We are looking for coaches who can coach beginning through advanced skills. The candidate must be passionate about working with children and making a positive impact in their lives.

(This position requires participation in occasional weekend shift rotation.)
