TUMBLING

Our tumbling program is the perfect place to start if you’re looking for something fun and challenging for your child. Our athletes work at their own pace and individual skill level during our beginner classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals.

PRESCHOOL TUMBLING

During these classes for our preschool athletes, we will teach the fundamentals of tumbling, core strength, balance, and flexibility. Perfect for athletes 3-6 years of age. Each skill can be done safely in your living room on any type of softer surface (like carpet) with no tumbling aids.

RECREATIONAL DANCE

Our hip-hop dancers get out some serious energy during this beginner class. Not only will we learn routines that are performed locally for parents and at community events, but we’ll learn hip hop tricks such as stalls, isolations, and partner skills.

RECREATIONAL CHEER

This class focuses on jumps, stunting skills, and drills, flexibility, and dance. We’ll virtually teach the dance routine and learn all the basics of All-Star Cheerleading during this class.

FLYER FLEX

If you want to be a flyer, get ready to stretch, stretch, and then stretch some more! It’s great to be in the spotlight, but that position is coveted and must be earned. Because flyers must hit several body positions in the air that require extreme flexibility, it’s important to limber up. All cheerleaders benefit from increased flexibility and body control regardless of role in stunting.classes. Our safety-certified instructors teach by using safe, at-home friendly drills. The goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals and work with coaches virtually and independently to achieve those goals.

JUMP DRILLS & CONDITIONING

This class is a MUST for all cheerleaders regardless of experience level. It takes months and months of consistent work to achieve and MAINTAIN 5.0 jump technique!
